We are currently in need of **Villa Supervisor** to work for our VIP Client in Al Ain.

**Job Responsibilities and Description**:

- The Villa Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the daily operations in the department, overseeing the staff to provide prompt, personalized service in the most efficient way to the guests.
- The Supervisor communicates and works closely with other departments to provide the highest level of service.
- Supervisory experience in F&B or Housekeeping is a must
- You will be responsible for training and developing your team members, ensuring their professional level of service and personal growth.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing all hospitality functions for the housing piece of the conference program. The HS’s
- The Hospitality Supervisor also serves as the team leader for a group of 10-15 employees and directs their team in meetings and challenges

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Has strong decision making abilities
- Quality and result driven

**Salary: AED3,200 (Food and Accommodation Provided by the Company)**

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Salary**: AED3,200.00 per month
