**Introduction**:
Harmony Ballet and Music Center is a renowned institution dedicated to providing exceptional educational services to students of all ages. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Russian Language Teacher to join our team who would provide **Russian as a mother tongue** classes to **native-speaking children**. This position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire children and foster a love for the Russian language and culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Engaging Lessons**: Plan and conduct dynamic Russian language lessons tailored to the needs of students.
- **Language Proficiency**: Assess students' language abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate improvement in their mother tongue.
- **Cultural Education**: Integrate cultural elements into lessons to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of Russian culture, history, and traditions.
- **Resource Development**: Develop and adapt teaching materials, resources, and activities to ensure a stimulating and effective learning experience.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Provide individualized attention and support to students.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and management to maintain a cohesive and supportive learning environment, sharing ideas and best practices.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements, communicating with parents/guardians as necessary.
- **Promotion**: Assist in promoting Russian language programs and initiatives within the community to attract and retain students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Russian language, education, linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Knowledge of FGOS standards and requirements.
- Proven experience teaching Russian language to native speaking students of various ages and proficiency levels.
- **Native proficiency in Russian**, with good communication skills in English as well.
- Strong cultural competency and knowledge of Russian history, literature, and traditions.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional strategies and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for working with diverse student populations.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
