Furniture Foreman

Roles:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the furniture production process
- Managing and coordinating the work of other workers and craftsmen
- Maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment
- Developing production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Ensuring quality control measures are implemented and followed
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as necessary
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Assigning tasks to workers and craftsmen and ensuring that they are carried out efficiently
- Monitoring the production process to ensure that quality standards are met
- Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed by workers and craftsmen
- Maintaining records of production progress and inventory levels
- Liaising with sales and customer service teams to understand and fulfill customer orders
- Identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations to management
- Managing the training and development of workers and craftsmen to improve their skills and knowledge

They are responsible for managing and coordinating the work of other workers and craftsmen, maintaining machinery and equipment, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.
