We are currently looking to hire a receptionist for one of the renowned fitness club in Abu Dhabi.

As a Gym Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests at the gym. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure a positive experience for everyone entering the facility. This role involves handling inquiries, processing memberships, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the gym.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide information about gym services, classes, and facilities.
- Assist members with inquiries, concerns, and requests.

**Membership Management**:

- Process new member sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate membership records and update information as needed.
- Address membership-related queries and provide assistance with membership-related issues.

**Front Desk Operations**:

- Manage the check-in and check-out process for members.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

**Sales and Promotions**:

- Promote and upsell gym memberships, personal training sessions, and other services.
- Provide information on promotions, discounts, and special offers.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth gym operations.

**Safety and Security**:

- Monitor access to the gym and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
- Address and report any safety or security concerns promptly.

**Schedule Management**:

- Coordinate class schedules, appointments, and reservations.
- Manage the booking and scheduling system for various gym facilities.

**Cash Handling**:

- Process payments for memberships, classes, and merchandise.
- Reconcile daily cash and credit card transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Knowledge of gym services, classes, and facilities.
- Previous experience of receptionist role in fitness or hospitality industry is a must.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
