A Kids Clubs Attendant is responsible for overall care, hospitality and service given to our younger guests (3-12) throughout their stay, to create unforgettable memories of their holidays and specifically in assisting the Kids Club Activities, toddler’s daytime child minding service, baby-sitting and hosting at Kids Club.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Kids Club Attendant is responsible for overall care, hospitality and service given to our younger guests and perform the following duties:

- To maintain a high guest service focus by approaching your job with the guests always in mind and being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and requests.
- To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both guests and colleagues.
- To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve your personal performance.
- To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you.
- Offer younger guests a safe and fun environment.
- Meet and greet arriving young guests.
- Provide guests with information on special events, private dinners, excursions, Internet access etc, if needed.
- Assist in maintaining standards in Kids Club.
- Perform administrative duties including, closing daily shifts, printing arrival letters, preparing guests birthdays/anniversary surprises, actioning trace report, compiling daily revenue
- Provide babysitting services upon guest/GM request
- To seek direction and
- Assist on organizing kids experiences with other departments
- support on a daily basis.
- To keep excellent relationships with team, peers, and all other colleagues of the hotel.
- Coordinate in-room entertainment game rental with Concierge
- Assist on organizing kids experiences with other departments
- Personalized child minding services (evening baby-sitting and toddler’s daytime service)
- Organizing and accompanying Kids Club outdoor activities, swimming-pool activities and kids sports

**What are we looking for?**

A Kids Club Attendant serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- High School Graduate or equivalent required
- Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Intermediate English language skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- **Licenses or certificates**

CPR Certification/ children CPR and/or First Aid Training is preferred. Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Previous customer service experience
