**Sales Merchandiser Job Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- **Product Display**: Ensure that products are prominently displayed in stores to attract customers and drive sales.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed, reducing instances of stock-outs.
- **Planogram Execution**: Set up and maintain product displays according to planograms or visual merchandising guidelines.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve predefined sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or stores.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure priority for the brand's products.
- **Promotions**: Coordinate and execute in-store promotions or events to boost product sales.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback on sales, product displays, and customer preferences to inform future strategies.
- **Market Analysis**: Study competitors' products and sales techniques to improve own performance.
- **Training**: Educate store staff about product features, benefits, and sales techniques to enhance sales potential.
- **Reporting**: Document daily activities, sales results, and market conditions. Provide reports to senior management or the sales team.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products being sold to answer queries and make recommendations.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and unified objectives.
- **Store Checks**: Regularly visit assigned stores to ensure product availability, correct pricing, and appropriate displays.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any issues or challenges faced in the stores, such as product returns or customer complaints.
- **Trend Spotting**: Stay updated with the latest market trends to suggest new merchandising strategies or product placements.

**SALARY: DHS 2500 + Commission**

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 per month
