17. Communicate effectively with drivers regarding their schedules, responsibilities, and any changes.

18. Monitor driver behavior (e.g., speed, efficiency, and safety) through tracking systems or reports.

19. Address driver concerns or issues related to vehicles, schedules, or performance.

**Inventory and Asset Management**:
20. Maintain an accurate inventory of all fleet vehicles, equipment, and tools.

21. Track vehicle usage and mileage to plan for future purchases or replacements.

22. Assist in procurement of new vehicles, accessories, or parts when necessary.

**Reporting**:
23. Provide regular reports on fleet performance, costs, and driver performance to management.

24. Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.

25. Recommend strategies to improve fleet productivity and reduce costs.

26. Updating entire data in SAP software.

**Emergency Response**:

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transportation is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with drivers, managers, and clients.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
