**Summary**:
This role involves providing ongoing system support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing current SAP HCM systems, as well as leading the full lifecycle of new SuccessFactors implementations. The consultant will work closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to design solutions that align with business processes, ensuring a smooth integration and successful delivery.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- ** System Maintenance & Optimization**: Provide ongoing support for SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll), ensuring system stability and performance.
- ** Implementation of S4/ RISE and SuccessFactors**:

- ** Issue Resolution**:Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to SAP HCM, ensuring mínimal downtime for end-users.
- ** System Enhancements**: Identify and implement system enhancements based on evolving business requirements, ensuring the system supports HR processes effectively.
- ** Change Management**:Collaborate with stakeholders to manage system upgrades, enhancements, and changes while minimizing disruption to business operations.

**Educational Background**

Bachelor / master’s degree.

**Technical Qualification / Certification**

SAP Certification in S4 HCM and SF.

**Related Work Experience**

Minimum 5 Years in SAP as a functional consultant.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Deep Knowledge of SAP HCM Modules.
- SuccessFactors Expertise.
- Configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Change Management & User Training.
