**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
YouTube Channel Management
- Content Planning: Collaborate closely with Caro Krueger to create and execute a content strategy tailored to the brand's objectives.
- Scriptwriting: Craft compelling and audience-engaging scripts for YouTube videos, maintaining the brand's voice and style.
- Video Production Coordination: Oversee the video production process, coordinating with videographers, editors, and other team members.
- Social Media Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Real Estate Support
- Dubai Real Estate Knowledge: Provide assistance in real estate matters specific to Dubai, including research, market trends, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Personal Assistance
- Location: Being located in or near The Greens area for easy access and quick response to both professional and personal needs of the Marketing Manager.
- Reliability: Maintain a reliable and organized schedule, managing appointments, deadlines, and personal commitments efficiently.
- Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall brand image and content quality.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills, be service-oriented, self-motivated and a team player.
- While working in a pressurized working environment, resolve unexpected conflicting demands with assertiveness and objectively in a firm manner.
- Act as a role model for the Candour Real Estate Broker i.e. lead by example and have a positive influence on others.
- Be approachable and solution-oriented in resolving issues, with an enthusiastic “can do” attitude.
- Inspire and motivate within your team, maintaining professional growth.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with other management, employees and external contracts.
- Consistently exercise discretion in handling interactions, in directing internal and external customers to the appropriate party for resolving problems or complex issues.
- Promise to protect all trade secrets, customer lists and other forms of confidential information acquired while working for the Company.
- Manage, follow and maintain Candour Real Estate Broker values, processes and policies.

**Qualifications or Work Experience Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the same role and industry for at least 1 year, preferably with a background in social media and real estate in Dubai.
- Excellent understanding of YouTube content creation and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with the real estate landscape in Dubai.
- Proactive and reliable, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent English communication both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such Microsoft Office, or similar.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Social Media/Content Creation: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
