Relationship Officer/relationship Manager

**Hiring for**:Relationship Officer/ Relationship Manager/****:

- Personal Loan Sales**

**Employment type**: Full-time

**Location**:Abu Dhabi**

**Number of Vacancies**: 10+

**Salary range**:AED 4,000 -AED 8,000**

**Other Benefits: Attractive Incentive+ Visa/Medical Insurance**

The role will include onboarding new customers for **Personal Loans**. This Job requires a high level of relationship building, Account Management, and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
- Present and sell all Retail banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
- Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum one year Sales experience of Banking Products Sales.**:

- Ability to identify potential Customers
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow

**Skill Set**
- Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, Positive Attitude, and Good Communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Retail Banking products, service policies, and processes of Retail Banking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
