Teacher of Art & Design

As a key member of our newly restructured team, your role will ensure that the British ethos permeates every aspect of our educational approach, creating an environment where students excel academically and develop a global mindset aligned with the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

**Objectives of this Role**:
We seek to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Secondary teacher of Art & Design to join our team.

In addition, focus on:
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree plus QTS and PGCE
- The bachelor’s degree must be in a directly related field (e.g. Chemistry teacher should have a science related bachelor’s degree)
- Qualified Teacher Status with 2 years of post-qualification experience in delivering the National Curriculum for England to students in Key Stage 3 & 4.
- Committed professionals who are dedicated to raising standards in alignment with the school’s vision, mission and values.
- A proven track record of successful teaching and securing outstanding results through ensuring high quality teaching and learning, built on current pedagogical practices and forward-thinking initiatives.
- The ability to use data effectively, to monitor and enhance student progress
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to the values of inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing.
