Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Trainee Division: Medical Affairs - Pharmacovigilance Unit Country: UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Work Location: UAE (RAK head office) Job Type: Pharmacovigilance Trainee Employment Type: Contract Basis Employment Purpose: To perform local literature surveillance. To perform global literature surveillance. To handle idea management database (VIIMA) as co-admin. Key responsibilities & Accountability: Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas - Complete and understand the assigned trainings - Track local literature journals as per MDA-072 - Weekly monitoring of local journals - Reporting of safety concerns, ICSRs to PV unit - PRAG recommendations tracking - Global Literature surveillance - Operate idea management software Core Competency - High on accountability & ownership - Ability to handle a high volume of task within a given timeline and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and easily in a fast-paced environment - Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. - Motivated and highly organized professional - Ability to analyze, interprets, and summarizes data - Must be able to manage time and set priorities - Should be ready and willing to learn and stretch oneself Qualifications: - Education - Bachelor's in Pharmacy - Experience: 1 year experience - Training: Key Competencies: - Good Knowledge of Microsoft office - Know with the Pharmacovigilance Terminologies - Knowledge on CT Technical Competencies:
