We are looking for Civil Foreman his responsibilities are to oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on our commercial and industrial projects, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications and safety standards.

He should have a solid background in construction and finishing works, leadership skills and extensive experience have earned him the ability to direct the workers and make quick decisions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. *Project Planning*: Collaborate with project managers to develop construction plans, schedules, and budgets.

2. *Supervision*: Direct and oversee the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

3. *Safety Compliance*: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

4. *Quality Assurance*: Monitor construction activities to ensure that workmanship and materials meet quality standards and specifications.

5. *Resource Management*: Allocate resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

6. *Problem Solving*: Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, such as delays, material shortages, or design changes, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.

7. *Communication*: Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and workers, facilitating effective communication and coordination.

8. *Documentation*: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, materials inventory, equipment usage, and workforce attendance.

**Qualifications**:
1. *Experience*: Typically, a civil foreman has several years of experience working in the construction industry, often starting as a construction worker or tradesperson and progressing to a supervisory role.

2. *Technical Knowledge*: A strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials is essential, as well as familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.

3. *Leadership Skills*: The ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and make decisions under pressure is crucial for success as a civil foreman.

4. *Communication Skills*: Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively coordinating work activities, resolving conflicts, and providing clear instructions to workers and subcontractors.

5. *Problem-Solving Abilities*: Civil foremen must be able to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop practical solutions to keep construction projects on schedule and within budget.

6. *Safety Consciousness*: A strong commitment to safety is paramount, including knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices for preventing accidents and injuries on construction sites.

Ø Experience: Minimum 5 Years in UAE - Abu Dhabi Experience.

Ø UAE Driving License.
