Production Machine Operator

**Your responsibilities are the following**:

- Clean up the work area from hazardous, obsolete, waste materials.
- Operate machinery used in the production process.
- Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting or wrapping.
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
- Start machine or equipment to begin production process.
- Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify the head of any malfunctions immediately
- Transfer finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas of plants and warehouses by hand or using forklift.
- Measure amounts of products lengths of extruded articles, or weights of filled containers to ensure conformance to specification.
- Separate products according to weight, grade, size or composition of materials used to produce them.
- Dump materials such as prepared ingredients into machine hoppers prior to mixing.
- Monitoring equipment to ensure it is working properly, making adjustments as needed, and maintaining logs of performance metrics
- Maintaining equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions and repairing or replacing parts as needed
- Reading blueprints and making calculations to determine how much material to feed into the extruder
- Following safety procedures to avoid injury or accidents during the extrusion process
- Be responsible for identifying and resolving issues that arise during production
- Inspecting parts for defects before and after machines are used to ensure quality control
- Cleaning and monitoring gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Performing standard maintenance tasks, such as changing filters or lubricating machinery
- Monitoring production output to ensure that it meets standards for quality or speed and moisture
- Operating cranes or forklifts to move materials within a warehouse or manufacturing facility if necessary

**Salary**: From AED1,200.00 per month
