Secretary / Dc

A civil engineering firm, is currently hiring for the position of Secretary / DC. we are currently seeking a dedicated and competent Site Secretary.

**Position**:
Secretary / Document Controller

**Location**:
Head Office

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the project management team at Head Office.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of different project-related documentation.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

**Job Types**: Full-time
