**Full job description**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Design Team Collaboration and Oversight**: - Act as the primary liaison between the project team and the design team to ensure project objectives align with design intent. - Review and analyze design drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with all requirements and regulatory standards. - Facilitate effective communication between design and construction teams to resolve design issues and ensure a seamless transition from design to execution.

2. **Drawing and Specification Review**: - Conduct thorough reviews of architectural and engineering drawings to identify potential conflicts, discrepancies, or areas requiring clarification. - Verify that all designs meet the specified quality standards and are practical for implementation within the projected budget and timeline. - Collaborate with designers to adjust or modify drawings as needed to address on-site challenges or client feedback.

3. **Material Procurement Review**: - Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials, ensuring that purchases align with project budgets and schedules. - Review and approve material samples and specifications submitted by suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.

4. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work is performed to the highest standard and in compliance with safety regulations.

5. Team Leadership and Development: - Lead and inspire Design team - Delegate tasks and responsibilities strategically, ensuring team members are empowered with clear objectives and the necessary resources to achieve them. - Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering skill enhancement and career growth.

6. Full knowledge on Joinery Supervision Work (to monitor the execution of joinery carpenters and upholstery workers)

7. Strong communication skill and convincing capacity when dealing with the Client.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- BS degree in Interior Design or similar
- Working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project Engineering skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
