**Job Title: BIM Modeler**

**Location**: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects with precision and efficiency. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain detailed architectural models in Autodesk Revit.
- Create accurate 3D models of partition and ceiling systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure models meet project requirements.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with the project team.
- Review and interpret BIM Execution Plans to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and shop drawings.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate effectively with all project participants.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding BIM processes and Revit usage.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on partition and ceiling works.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles and practices.
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Ability to read and interpret BIM Execution Plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of other BIM software and tools is a plus.
