**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identify, and resolve technical issues, and provide technical support to end-users.
- Administration and management of Windows Servers, Networks, Storages, Azure Cloud, Office 365 and other IT Infrastructure equipment & solutions.
- Evaluate new trends and use them to improve the existing IT systems or develop new systems.
- Maintain vendor relationship to deliver the solutions & products with appropriate engagement models.
- Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Plan, evaluate and complete IT projects by coordinating with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify business requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure processes and procedures.
- Setup the IT Infrastructure for the group offices.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure
- UAE Expereince of atleast 5 years with managerial/supervisory experience of 2-3 years.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in Windows Servers, CCNA, ITIL & Azure cloud is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- UAE: 5 years (required)
