**About The Role**

As Receptionist, Dolphin Bay you will ensure all guests needs are met and they are assisted in a warm and personalized manner. You will promote and upsell marine mammals encounters to hotel guests as well as assist them during their experience in Dolphin Bay. Moreover, you will be involved in special promotions, events, and resort activities at different times. You will keep high energy and positive environment and serve as an ambassador of Dolphin Bay operartions and Aquaventure Waterpark. This position will require a flexible approach and does involve working outdoors and standing for long periods of time.
