**Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**: Conduct BLS and ACLS training courses in accordance with the guidelines and standards set by the American Heart Association (AHA) and the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS).

**Curriculum Development**: Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, presentations, and simulations to ensure alignment with current AHA guidelines and evidence-based practices.

**Skill Demonstration**: Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures for BLS and ACLS interventions, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), defibrillation, airway management, and cardiac arrest management.

**Hands-On Practice**: Facilitate hands-on practice sessions and simulations to reinforce key concepts and enhance participants' skills and confidence in performing life-saving interventions.

**Assessment and Evaluation**: Evaluate participants' performance during training sessions, provide constructive feedback, and assess their competency in BLS and ACLS skills based on established criteria.

**Certification Issuance**: Administer written exams and skills evaluations, and issue AHA BLS and ACLS certification cards to participants who successfully complete the training requirements.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, evaluations, and certification data in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

**Continuing Education**: Stay informed about updates and changes to BLS and ACLS guidelines, protocols, and training methodologies through ongoing education, professional development, and participation in instructor updates.

**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service and support to training participants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:
**DCAS and AHA Certification**: Valid and current certifications as a BLS/ACLS Instructor issued by the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) and the American Heart Association (AHA).

**Healthcare Background**:Background as a healthcare professional (e.g., nurse, paramedic, physician) with experience in emergency medicine, critical care, or related fields preferred.

**Knowledge and Skills**: Thorough understanding of BLS and ACLS principles, protocols, and algorithms, as well as proficiency in teaching techniques, adult learning principles, and instructional technology.

**Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and engage participants during training sessions.

**Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and coordinate training sessions, manage resources, and meet scheduling deadlines.

**Professionalism**: Commitment to upholding professional standards, ethical conduct, and confidentiality in all aspects of training delivery and interactions with participants.

**Flexibility**: Ability to adapt teaching strategies and approaches to meet the diverse learning needs and preferences of participants, including individuals with varying backgrounds and skill levels.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
