**Required Qualification**

10 years’ BIM Experience in an AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) sector with min. 5 years focused on a variety of healthcare projects - full new facilities, additions, renovations, departments with some large-scale, complex healthcare projects required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
