As a **BIM Modeller / Sustainability Analyst**, you will be responsible for analyzing, processing, and managing both **BIM data** (such as measurements and dimensions) and manually completed assessment forms to generate energy label calculations. You will work closely with our team of EP-advisors in the Netherlands and play a critical role in processing data from both handwritten forms and BIM models. Additionally, you will assist in preparing sustainability recommendations based on building energy data and create **detailed 2D and 3D floor plans and reports**.

You will be the first employee in our Dubai office and will have a significant role in the company’s development and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Analyze and extract measurements and dimensions** from BIM models (Revit, AutoCAD) for use in energy labeling software such as **Uniec3** or **VABI**.
- **Process data** in energy labeling software to generate energy label calculations.
- **Process handwritten building assessment forms** and accurately input this data into the energy labeling software.
- **Prepare sustainability recommendations** based on energy label results for review by EP-advisors.
- **Collaborate closely** with our team in the Netherlands to ensure accurate and timely processing of data.
- **Document and report** measurement data and energy label results, including generating 2D/3D drawings and measurement reports from the BIM model.

**Requirements**:

- **At least 1 year of experience** with BIM software such as **Revit** and **AutoCAD**.
- Ability to **extract and process measurements and building data** from BIM models.
- **Strong attention to detail** and high accuracy in processing both digital and handwritten data.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in sustainability and energy efficiency is a plus, but training for specific energy labeling software will be provided.
- **Education Level**: A Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related discipline is strongly recommended.
- **Currently residing in Dubai**.
