**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Lead and coordinate commissioning teams, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Oversee pre-commissioning activities such as equipment inspection, installation, and testing.
- Perform detailed equipment and system testing, calibration, and performance verification.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the commissioning phase.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control procedures.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation including project progress reports.
- Provide technical guidance and support to commissioning team members.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project success.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, or related field).
- Minimum of 15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in direct commissioning roles.
- In-depth knowledge of gas compression systems, equipment, and processes.
- Proven project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

**Desired Skills**
- Experience with commissioning gas compression projects.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Certification in project management.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk management.
