**Tasks**:

- Proactively approach Salons, Spas, Aesthetic Clinics to introduce our skin care product range. Able to make an effective sales pitch, secure contracts and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Engages in superior internal and external stakeholder management and customer service by making information readily available.
- Persists in generating sales even in the face of failure.
- Client support and post-sales customer care.
- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Answers questions/requests from clients.
- Updates her own knowledge about the industry and our product range.
- Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
- Creates a plan for gaining and retaining customers.
- Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement.
- Makes product appeal to the target market.
- Sets up and supervise booths at trade shows. Manage product demo.
- Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines and monthly and weekly sales targets.

**Essentials**:

- **Familiar with and knowledgeable about professional channel sales environment for Skin Care products. Experience of negotiating business terms and conditions with salon, spas, aesthetic clinics, health centers.**
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Sales.
- Must have Mathematical and Analytical Skills.
- **Polite, well-groomed person with a friendly personality. Customer Service-oriented. Able to build client relationships to secure deals.**
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- **Must be familiar with & able to do margin & selling price calculations.**
- **Ability to work and thrive under pressure.**
- **UAE Driving License with own car. MUST HAVE**
- Self-motivated, able to find creative ways to make sales and deals with customers.
- **Willing to drive within UAE for meetings, events and sales calls.**

**Additional Skills**:

- Arabic language would be ideal but not a must have. Good English language is a Must Have.
- Experiences in selling products to Salon, Spa.
- Female (men can’t enter women’s salons)
- Ideally 25-35 yrs old. In good physical condition and willing to do field work.

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
