**Job description**

A leading manpower supply company is seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join immediately.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the business development in human resources outsourcing

Progressive sales management experience with a demonstrated record of sales growth.Market research experience in gathering and analyzing market intelligence.

Exetnsive business awareness about Market and construction industry is mandatory.

Strong client relationship management and relationship development aptitude.

Professional business and proposal presentation skills.

Ability to facilitate and arrange resources cross functionally to support sales efforts.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Professional and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Proven ability to work independently.

Strong negotiation skills

**Responsibilities**:
Develop Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Sales Plan.

Execute strategic plans to achieve projected sales targets, revenue, and profit.

Expand the company’s customer base and ensure strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Develop and implement the company's sales strategy based on the client's needs without compromising the company’s sales terms and policies.

Map market trends and identify potential customers and generate new leads for the company.

Implement a variety of unique business initiatives to drive sales.

Implement and maintain best practice in sales techniques and ensure best practices are being followed throughout the sales department.

Implement and maintain an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.

Ensure all sales enquiries are attended/responded to daily.

Ensure all required documentation is completed for every sales order prior to mobilizing employees.
