**Job Summary**:
As a Beauty Products Consultant and Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice on cosmetic products, driving sales through consultations, and overseeing the seamless delivery of orders to clients. This role combines in-depth product knowledge, sales expertise, and logístical coordination to ensure exceptional client service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consult with customers to understand their cosmetic needs, offer personalized product recommendations, and drive sales through expert guidance.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics of orders, including order processing, shipment coordination, and ensuring timely delivery to clients such as clinics, beauty salons, and other establishments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve any logístical issues that may arise during the delivery process.
- Utilize CRM systems or sales software to track client interactions, manage orders, and streamline the delivery workflow.
- Provide ongoing support and after-sales service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to product usage, orders, or deliveries.

**Core Duties**:

- Conduct product consultations over the phone, offering detailed explanations on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
- Ensure accuracy in order processing, verify product availability, and coordinate with warehouses for timely shipment preparations.
- Monitor shipment statuses, address delivery delays, and proactively communicate with clients to manage expectations.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, orders, and delivery schedules.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new releases and product knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and logístical improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials or campaigns for targeted client outreach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in cosmetics sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product information effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage sales and logístical processes concurrently.
- Proficiency in CRM software or sales management tools is advantageous.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong proficiency in Russian for effective communication.
