**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, address their inquiries and provide information about available rental options.
- Reply to customer phone calls and messages immediately.
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate vehicles based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Complete rental agreements accurately and efficiently, verifying customer information, driver's licenses, and payment details. All details should be entered on **TARS & Microsoft Excel.**
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals, documenting any existing damages.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly serviced and maintained, keep up with the service schedule of the vehicles.
- Vehicle pickups and returns, ensuring timely and hassle-free transactions.
- Resolve any customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of rental activities.
- Keep track of all rental agreement schedules and stay in contact with active customers regarding returns, extension, and any other inquiries.
- Help customers with any issues, problems, or concerns they might encounter on day-to-day basis.
- Maintain the cleanliness and neatness

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- English language (fluent)/ Arabic language (preferred)
- Minimum 2 year experience in car rental industry.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with rental software or reservation systems. _**(TARS, Excel, etc.)**_
- Valid **UAE Manual driver's license** and a clean driving record.

**Includes**: Work Visa, health insurance, and monthly salary.
