Architectural Draftsman

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating detailed architectural drawings and designs using Autocad, 3d Max, and Photoshop
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs are accurate and meet project specifications
- Providing technical support to project teams as needed
- Managing project timelines and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and drafting software

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience as an architectural draftsman
- Proficiency in AutoCad, 3d Max, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working within the Northern Emirates is preferred
