**What Skills we are looking for?**

Good communication skills in **English/Iranian/Arabic/Persians **(any other language is desirable) proven sales experience selling high-value products, with negotiation, and closing skills Discipline and a positive mindset The desire to grow personally & financially - At least 1 year experience in the Real Estate Industry ( desirable)
- With a Driver’s license (Big Advantage)
- Solid Sales Track Record - Ability to generate own listings, generate repeat business and referrals from existing clients
- To work smart, put in the hours, and reap the rewards.
