**Key Responsibilities:1. Client Communication and Relationship Management**:

- **Tele calling & Sales**: Contact existing and potential customers to promote our software and hardware products and services. Provide information, answer queries, and close sales over the phone.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication to build long-term relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential leads to support the sales team.

**2. Receivables and Payment Collection**:

- Follow up with clients on overdue invoices, ensuring that payments are collected in a professional and timely manner.
- Work with customers to resolve any billing issues, negotiate payment terms, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon schedules.
- Monitor accounts for discrepancies and resolve any payment-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and send out payment reminders, dunning letters, and other communications to clients with overdue accounts.

**3. Marketing Support**:

- Help in market research by gathering customer feedback and insights that can inform future marketing campaigns.
- Provide information about upcoming promotions, events, and discounts to clients and prospects.
- Support the creation of marketing content, including calls-to-action for promotions or product launches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of marketing campaigns.

**4. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, payments, collections, and marketing activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, receivables collection status, and marketing performance.
- Assist with compiling monthly and quarterly reports on accounts receivable and marketing outreach efforts.

**5. Customer Support and Issue Resolution**:

- Act as a point of contact for customers with billing inquiries or issues related to products and services.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management or the relevant department for prompt resolution.

**6. Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work with the accounts department to verify payment records
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure promotional campaigns are aligned with customer needs and feedback.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in Malayalam and English** is **preferred** for effective communication with clients.
- Proven experience as a tele caller, customer support agent, or marketing assistant in a software/hardware or IT services environment.
- Knowledge of **accounts receivable processes, marketing strategies,** and **sales techniques**.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of software and hardware products is a plus.

**Education & Experience**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in tele calling, debt collection, customer service, or marketing within the tech industry is preferred.
