**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective companies, using your persuasive skills to promote our products and services effectively.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, capture essential customer information and assess their needs to tailor appropriate solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with potential companies to build relationships and schedule meetings for business development executives to meet the decision makers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in any field. Architect and Interior designer will be given an preference.
- 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing, Telesales or customer service in UAE.
- Experience with real estate company or in retail sales would be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and confident phone manner, with the ability to articulate product features persuasively.
- Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and stay positive.
- Both professional Arabic and English speaking is mandatory to the role.
- willing to start immediately.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
