**Commercial and Contracts Management**:
- Coordinate the Tender process from EOI to contract awards negotiations.
- Coordinate the tendering process from beginning to end i.e. ‘expression of interest’ to post award negotiations.
- Keep track of all the proposal submitted and contracts.
- Track the contract expiry and advise relevant team / department to issue the renewal proposal in timely manner.
- Prepare and submit the contracts based on the inputs from the team.
**Tenders & Bids**:
- Studies, analyses and evaluates tender documents from a administration point of view in order to identify the required formats and documents required for tender submission.
- Plugging in the Pricing for mechanical/ electrical/ plumbing services provided by team in the BOQs.
- Liaising between departments in order to present accurate and presentable proposals.
- Preparation and submission of technical and commercial bids to customers in a timely manner.
- Involve in the Client contract negotiation process as a channel between client and Inaya.
- Ensure all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines, customer requirements and follow internal quality guidelines.
- Analyze the client’s documents to ensure the responses being created respond implicitly to the questions being asked.
- Coordinate clarification questions, forward to client and monitor responses.
**Communication & MIS Reporting**:
- Identify Key ingredients in submissions like if its hard copies, soft copies, number of copies etc.
- Maintain good relationship with Potential Clients/ Clients representatives.
- Provide Assistance and support for bid coordination and preparation.
- Ability to produce high standard work which meets the client and business requirements.
**Operational Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the operations team and issue RFI, tender clarification to client.
- Provide necessary support to operations team in preparation of minor works quotes.
- Clarify the queries from the operations team.
- Ensure that all renewal proposals are issued in time in collaboration with the operations team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIOn
Graduate in Engineering
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience in Bidding / tendering / Commercial Management
SKILLS ESSENTIAL
- Excellent numerical and literacy skills
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility
- Ability to calm under pressure.
- Good timekeeping and an ability to meet strict deadlines.
SPECIFIC TRAININg
- Good command in Ms Excel and formulas.
- Payroll/HR Software.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
