Job description
We are looking for an experienced person who can assist in Accounting and Administration activities. Knowledge and experience in Tally is a must
**Requirements & **Responsibilities**
- Handling accounts receivables and payables.
- Preparing and posting journals.
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
- Monthly payment allocation and settlement.
- Managing timely supplier payments.
- Handling accounts receivables.
- Ensuring all accounting related documents are updated and verified.
- Preparing weekly/monthly Management Reports.
- Liaising with auditors.
- Processing employee expenses.
- Receiving and storing invoices.
- Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy.
- Payroll processing.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Standard Accounting Practices & Procedures
- Administration Activities
- Good knowledge of computer inventory and invoicing systems.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in purchasing.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon purchase targets and outcomes within schedule
- Continuously improve through feedback
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
