HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join our team.
As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department. You will work closely with the HR team, employees, and management to provide administrative support and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks, reference checks, and employment contract preparation.Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
Employee Records and Documentation:Maintain employee files and databases, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and confidential. Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant systems. Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation for internal and external compliance requirements.
Employee Relations and Communications: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs. Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalating issues to appropriate HR staff or management when necessary. Support employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, events, and recognition programs.
General HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining HR files.Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred. Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws. UAE law experience mandatory. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
Job location: Dubai Industrial City
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
