Emergency Accommodation is our sister company with a head office in Ireland, Europe. We specialise in providing emergency accommodation solutions to governments and NGOs.

As a growing company we are currently expanding into the construction industry; supplying accommodation and multipurpose buildings for worker camps.

We are looking to hire an Industry Expert who will have connections and knowledge of the construction industry on a large scale and will bring those connections and knowledge to our team to find opportunities to supply workers accommodation to large work sites.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Construction Industry Expert. As an Industry Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and guidance to our team in regards to the industry; for example where major construction projects are starting, what companies are building them, their needs in regards to worker camps and contacts within these companies.

It is expected that you have over 10 years experience working in the construction industry with multi-national and global construction companies maintaining connections worldwide. You will understand the needs of a construction project, and have the ability to build relationships and create opportunities for our business.

Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting research, analyzing industry growth areas, reporting to management and the tender team any upcoming opportunities, building relationships with multi-nationals and managing projects related to accommodation services.

**You are not required to live in Ireland for this job.**

**Qualifications**
- Analytical and research Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the construction industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in sales or business development is a plus but not essential
- Building and construction qualification advantages but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED240,000.00 - AED400,000.00 per year
