**Job Vacancy: Fabrication, LATHE & CNC Machine Shop Supervisor**

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Fabrication, LATHE & CNC Machine Shop Supervisor.

**Position**: Fabrication, LATHE & CNC Machine Shop Supervisor
**Experience**: Minimum 10 years
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Fabrication, LATHE & CNC machine shop.
- Lead a team of skilled machinists and technicians, providing guidance and mentoring.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the shop.
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and maintenance activities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Train new team members on machine operation, safety protocols, and shop procedures.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Fabrication, LATHE, and CNC machining.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or leadership role within a machine shop setting.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team management and collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and machining software is a plus.
- Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to creating a secure work environment.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
