PXGEO is offering an exciting opportunity for recent finance graduates to join our finance team. As a Finance Graduate, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various finance functions, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in finance and a deep understanding of our industry.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced finance team and have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects and make a meaningful impact. You will also receive mentorship and guidance to support your professional development and career growth.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist in financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with different teams.
- Gain exposure to various finance functions, such as accounting, treasury, and internal controls.
- Support the finance team in day-to-day activities and ad-hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business, industrial engineering, computer science, statistics, or similar fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
