Boatyard Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Boatyard Supervisor to join our team. The Boatyard Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our boatyard. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, overseeing repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Responsibilities:_

Supervise and manage the boatyard staff

Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times

Manage the inventory of parts and materials needed for repairs and maintenance

Oversee the repair and maintenance of boats in the yard

Oversee the launching, hauling, and storage of boats

Maintain accurate records of work performed in the boatyard

Coordinate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time

Develop plans to improve efficiency in the boatyard

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a boatyard or marina environment

Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a boatyard or marina environment

Experience with marine engineering

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- boat building: 3 years (preferred)
