Position: Micro Sales Associate

Location: Dubai, UAE

**Salary**: 4000AED + Commission

**Job Description**:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team as Micro Sales Associates, responsible for selling advertising space on bus shelters and mupis across Dubai.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and approach potential clients, including local businesses, brands, and advertising agencies, to sell advertising space on bus shelters and Mupis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits to bus shelters and Mupis to showcase advertising opportunities and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing and advertising packages, to clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the timely installation and maintenance of advertising displays.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor advertising, media, or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Dubai's local business landscape and advertising market is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
- Fluency in English is required
