**Graphic Designer**
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**:
1- Innovative Packaging Design: Create and design unique, eye-catching packaging materials, with a focus on box design that balances aesthetics, functionality, and brand consistency.

2- Creative Social Media Graphics: Design engaging, and visually appealing social media graphics tailored to various platforms, ensuring our brand stands out in the digital space.

3- Develop and maintain the visual identity of the company across all platforms, pushing creative boundaries while adhering to brand guidelines.

4- Work on branding projects, including logo design, color schemes, typography, and overall brand guidelines, with a strong emphasis on creativity and originality.
- **Collaboration**:
1- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that is not only aligned with campaign goals but also creatively compelling.

2- Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other designers to produce high-quality, creative work.

3- Coordinate with product development teams to ensure packaging designs meet production requirements and elevate the customer experience.
- **Project Management**:
1- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest creative and technical quality.

2- Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and production companies, to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of materials.
- **Innovation and Creativity**:
1- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in packaging and social media design, and continually bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

2- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with advanced skills in packaging design (especially boxes) and social media content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative packaging designs and social media graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier and after effects) and other design software.
- Excellent understanding of packaging materials, production processes, and technical design considerations.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation in design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Experience with web design and HTML/CSS is a plus.
