**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for steel fabrication projects, contributing to efficient production and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain **accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings** based on engineer specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct **initial cost estimations** based on material requirements and fabrication processes.
- Prepare **shop drawings, erection drawings, and other technical documentation** as needed.
- Ensure drawings comply with **industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.**:

- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure project clarity and efficiency.
- Participate in project reviews and address any discrepancies in drawings.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of drafting standards and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering Drafting or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for steel fabrication projects.
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD features and functionalities.
- Familiarity with steel fabrication methods and terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
