The Pet Shop & Dubai Pet Food are looking for a highly organized, result driven ‘Projects and Maintenance Technician that is responsible for maintaining aquariums for the Projects and Maintenance department. This role is designed to enhance our customers experience of owning an aquarium. This role requires high level of animal welfare and time management skills to be effective.

Teamwork and a positive attitude is key, all staff are expected to be professional, polite and respectful to all members of the company and report to their direct manager.

Any other requests from senior management must be followed within reason.

**Project and Maintenance technician Responsibilities**
- Achieve the assigned monthly/ Yearly targets. Both financial & physical visit targets
- Source new prospective contractual customers and attain Projects/Maintenance contracts, to ensure the monthly sales target is hit and crossed.
- Ensure all client and corporate aquariums are maintained at the highest standard.
- Diagnosis and treatment of illness or sickness in an aquarium.
- To provide a check list of completed task for every visit.
- To drive sales of store products to existing and new customers.
- Relocation of existing aquariums.
- Installation & setup of new aquariums.
- Collection of payments both cash and credit card.
- Ensure the Equipment/vehicles and company assets that belong to department are maintained well and functional.
- Ensure weekly report of customer visits and outcomes are circulated to Projects and Maintenance supervisor and Aquatics divisional manager.

**Requirements**:

- High School certificate or higher
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, aquatics husbandry & welfare.
- Basic Math’s & MS skills
- Attention to details & accuracy in all tasks
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English (other regional languages is an advantage but not necessary)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills including time management and common sense
- Highly organized with the ability to multi task and perform well under pressure.
- A friendly and proactive personality who strives to achieve their best
- Flexibility for days off and shifts

**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month
