**Designation: CRM / Admin Assistant Real Estate**

Great time Real Estate is one of the leading real estate companies in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for a dynamic “**CRM / Admin Assistant Real Estate**”

**Our Requirements**:

- You should have 2 years experience as a Real Estate Admin Assistant or similar role
- You should have strong understanding of the real estate market and industry regulations
- You should have graduation degree from recognized university.
- You should be computer literate and hold certification in computer courses
- You should ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- To list property CRM such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, Houza and Bayut
- To manage Trakheesi System to ensure all Sales Agents are property registered with RERA.
- To booking training and examination of Real Estate Broker in Dubai Real Estate Institute. (DREI)
- To ensure that cheques collected by agents are accurately posted in the system
- To prepare monthly reports.
- To answer calls and assist property owners listed in our system.
- To assist property consultants regards their property listing and keep a strong follow up with them.
- To prepare EJARI documentation through the system and keep a record of tenets documentations.
- To coordinate with finance and property management matters between concerned departments
- To submit monthly admin related tasks report to the line manager
- To efficiently complete check-in registration forms, prepare accurate booking invoices, and provide guests with confirmation details, adhering to established protocols.
- To have a strong follow up on inquiries and leads from agents.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
