Lead and manage one of ILFs UAE key business area performing projects from early project stages up to commissioning.- Develop and mentor junior staff, grow the business area, provide guidance and support whenever required.- Closely monitor and assure that projects are properly set up, executed and delivered in quality (engineering excellence), time and budget and per ILFs IMS (Integrated Management System).- Liaise with ILFs engineering department for workload planning and assignment of experts.- Work closely with other ILF offices to exchange personnel and technical knowhow.- Join client meetings, keep client relationship and assure 100% client satisfaction.- Act as well as PM for selected projects.- Support business development and provide technical inputs (execution strategy, organisation charts, schedules, list of deliverables as well hour estimates, etc) leading to successful acquisition of projects.- Report regularly to the management team about execution progress, potential issues and provide solutions in case of concerns.**Application Requirements**:

- Have depth knowledge of urban water and water treatment industry, local and international clients,- Have expertise in a key technology/competence e.g. water treatment, rehabilitation of networks or similar- Have expertise in project management preferable for projects for local authorities, governmental entities, but also for developers and International Financing Institutions (IFIs)- Have an excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.- Have leading capabilities and ability to manage teams.- Have motivational and team building skills.- Have time management, problem solving, decision making and client management skills- Be mature, proactive and well organized.- Be systematic, methodological and able to work well under pressure.- Be reliable and trustworthy.- Have the ability to work with different project & engineering disciplines in a multi-cultural environment.- Be proficient in MS Office, MS Project and Primavera skills.**Language**:Have English language proficiency and Arabic is preferable.- ILF Consulting Engineers - Abu Dhabi
