The Facade Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and business growth for our company's facade solutions. Facade solutions encompass a wide range of products and services related to building exteriors, including cladding, curtain walls, windows, and other architectural elements. As a Facade Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the highly competitive construction and architecture industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Business Development:Identify and target potential clients within the construction and architecture sectors who require facade solutions.

Research and understand market trends, customer needs, and competitors to tailor sales strategies effectively.
Actively generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and communication with clients to understand their project requirements and offer appropriate facade solutions.
- Solution Presentation:Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our facade solutions to clients, including technical aspects, aesthetic options, and energy efficiency considerations.

Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate information and respond to client queries regarding the technical specifications of the products.
- Proposal and Quotation:Prepare detailed project proposals and quotations based on client requirements and project specifications.

Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
- Sales Target Achievement:Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them within the designated territory or market segment.

Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust sales strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales goals.

Provide regular reports to sales management regarding sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction or architectural industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex architectural and engineering concepts.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Facade Industry: 1 year (required)
