- Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Electronic and paper filing of correspondence
- Drafting legal and commercial agreements for the company, and Liaising with local authorities in the UAE and using their online portals to submit documents on behalf of the company

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
