**Cytotechnologist Responsibilities**

Interpret the morphological features of cells to detect the presence of precancerous or cancerous conditions, infections, or other abnormalities.

Collaborate with pathologists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate test results and contribute to the formulation of accurate diagnosis reports.

Maintain accurate records of samples analyzed, test results, and any necessary follow-up procedures or recommendations.

Ensure quality control measures are implemented and followed rigorously to maintain accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.

Stay updated with the latest advances in cytological techniques, diagnostic criteria, and equipment to ensure the highest standard of practice.

Provide guidance and support to laboratory staff, including training new technicians or assistants, as needed.

Adhere to established laboratory safety protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including evaluating and implementing new laboratory procedures or technologies.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
