- **Content Creation**:

- Generate original and compelling content for all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Develop engaging graphics and multimedia content using design tools (e.g., **Canva**, **Adobe Photoshop**) to enhance social media presence.
- **SEO Optimization**:

- Conduct **keyword research** to identify high-value keywords for content optimization.
- Optimize social media content, blog posts, and website pages for **search engines** to improve organic visibility.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like **Google Analytics**, **SEMrush**, or **Moz**, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the **marketing team** to plan and execute campaigns across all channels, including **CRM**, social media, paid media, events, and **PR & influencer marketing**.
- Manage and maintain the **social media and marketing calendars**, ensuring timely and relevant execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies to ensure **Deals Drive** stays competitive in the market.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in **social media and marketing**, preferably within the **leisure**, **tourism**, **hospitality**, **retail**, or **FMCG** industries.
- **Proven experience** as a **Social Media Specialist**, **SEO Specialist**, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in **social media management tools** (e.g., **Hootsuite**, **Buffer**).
- **Solid understanding of SEO principles** and tools (e.g., **Google Analytics**, **SEMrush**, **Moz**).
- Excellent **graphic design skills**, with proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Experience using design and editing tools such as **Canva**, **Adobe Photoshop**, or **CapCut**.
- **Fluency in English** (written and spoken) is essential.
- Ability to work **under pressure**, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong **organizational skills** and attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in **Microsoft Office** (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with **content management systems** (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
