**Job Title: Marketplace Expert - UAE (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Tiktok Shop & others)**

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Marketplace Management**:

- Oversee and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, Namshi, and other UAE marketplaces.
- Implement strategies to enhance product visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales.

**Product Research**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trending products and opportunities.
- Analyze competition and consumer behavior to make data-driven product selection decisions.

**Private Label Brand Launch**:

- Develop and execute strategies for launching and promoting private label brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and success.

**Wholesale Operations**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with wholesale partners.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to maximize profitability and market reach.

**Performance Analytics**:

- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Implement improvements based on insights to achieve business goals.

**Compliance and Best Practices**:

- Stay updated on marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 5 years of Proven experience in managing online marketplaces in the UAE, particularly Amazon, Noon, and Namshi, Ounass, Dubai Store, Tiktok & others.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing private label brands.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of product research methodologies and market trends.
- Familiarity with a diverse range of product categories.

**Wholesale Expertise**:

- Experience in negotiating and managing wholesale partnerships.
- Ability to optimize wholesale operations for maximum efficiency.

**Analytical Skills**:

- Proficient in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.
- Experience using analytics tools for performance tracking.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Adaptability**:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Up to AED1,500.00 per month
