**Job Summary**:
As a Product Promoter, you will be the face of our brand in retail environments, responsible for actively promoting our products to customers, sharing information about ongoing promotions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your role will involve merchandising, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with the sales team or outlet managers to maintain product availability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**: Actively engage with customers to promote our products, explain their benefits, and encourage purchases.
- **Promotional Communication**: Share detailed information about current promotions, discounts, and special offers with customers to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- **General Merchandising**: Ensure that products are well-organized, properly displayed, and attractively presented on shelves. Maintain neat and orderly product sections to enhance visibility and accessibility. All displays are required to adhere to the planogram guideline from the Company.
- **Inventory Monitoring**: Regularly check stock levels to identify any products that are running low or out of stock. Notify the sales team or outlet manager promptly to ensure timely reordering and replenishment.
- **Reporting**: Provide feedback on customer responses, product performance, and stock levels. Report any issues or suggestions for improvement to the appropriate team members. Submit daily sales report as per Company Format.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail, sales, or promotional roles is preferred. Product training will be provided.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable character. Ability to effectively promote products and engage with customers.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Attention to detail for accurate merchandising and inventory management. Capable of maintaining organized and attractive product displays.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and store management to achieve common goals.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to different store environments and handle various tasks as needed.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move products as needed.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
